Neolectra’s board of executives prides itself in being 100% female-run. Currently, only 21.8% of engineering undergraduates are women. Neolectra aims to lead a new generation of young female scientists and engineers by inspiring and empowering young girls to pursue such fields. The company has partnered with several youth organizations to sponsor STEM workshops in American schools. We strongly believe in an equal future for men and women in the workplace.
